Something extraordinary is unfolding
Orlando INFINITI works with lease customers across Central Florida, including Winter Garden, Apopka, and Winter Park, to help them close out their INFINITI lease. Your current QX60, QX65, or QX80 has three paths at lease-end: return it, purchase it, or replace it with something new, and our team can help you weigh which one fits.
Your required lease-end inspection goes through Alliance Inspection Management (AIM) directly, not through us, so that's usually the first thing to get scheduled once your lease-end date comes into view. Everything after that, from paperwork to your next vehicle, is where we come in.
Your INFINITI Lease Return Center Serving Orlando, FL
As your lease approaches its maturity date, IFS gives you a few paths to weigh: returning the vehicle, purchasing it, or moving into a new INFINITI. Our team at Orlando INFINITI can walk through which one makes sense for your situation.

How the INFINITI Lease Return Process Works
Most of this happens ahead of your official lease-end date. Your required inspection is scheduled directly with Alliance Inspection Management (AIM), not through the dealership.

An IFS lease-end inspection reviews your vehicle's exterior, interior, tires, and mileage before turn-in. It's typically scheduled within the last 60 days of your lease and is performed exclusively by Alliance Inspection Management (AIM), not by the dealership.
What Is an IFS Lease-End Inspection?
An IFS lease-end inspection reviews the condition of your INFINITI before it's returned. INFINITI Financial Services arranges this exclusively through Alliance Inspection Management (AIM), an independent third-party inspection company. INFINITI retailers, including us, are not authorized to perform this inspection ourselves, so it has to go through AIM directly.
Plan to schedule your complimentary inspection typically within the last 60 days of your lease. Call AIM at 800-253-9026 or self-schedule online, and expect the appointment itself to take about 30 minutes.
Understanding Wear and Use Guidelines
Some wear is expected on a leased vehicle. INFINITI's Guide to Chargeable Wear and Use outlines what's considered normal versus excessive. As a general guide, a scratch under 3 inches on a painted panel or a dent under 2 inches is typically treated as normal wear, while four or more dents on one panel, a scratch over 3 inches, or tire tread under 1/8 inch at the shallowest point fall under chargeable excess wear and use. Reviewing the guide ahead of time can help you know what to expect at inspection.
After Your Inspection: Repairs, Reports, and Your Final Invoice
If your inspection finds excess wear and use, you can choose to make repairs before returning your vehicle rather than paying the charge, and your insurance may cover part of the cost depending on your policy. If you do have repairs made, keep the repair order and proof of payment on hand so IFS can amend your final statement.
Once your vehicle is returned, your End of Lease Liability Statement typically arrives within about four to six weeks. It details any remaining charges, and IFS notes that it isn't bound by anything a dealer may have told you about your vehicle's condition, so the AIM inspection and IFS's own review are what govern the final numbers.
How to Prepare for Your INFINITI Lease Turn-In
Before your inspection, it helps to walk around your INFINITI and check for anything that may need attention.
- Exterior dents, scratches, or paint damage
- Windshield chips or cracked glass, especially within your direct line of sight
- Tire tread depth and overall tire condition
- Wheel or wheel cover damage
- Interior stains, tears, or excessive wear
- Mileage compared to your lease agreement, which can result in a per-mile charge if you're over your allotted miles
- All keys, remotes, owner's manuals, and any factory-installed accessories
Bring all keys, remotes, owner's manuals, and original equipment to your INFINITI lease return appointment. Missing items, including navigation discs or a spare tire, can result in a charge on your final statement.

Can I Return My INFINITI Lease at Orlando INFINITI?
In most cases, yes, even if you originally leased elsewhere. Your vehicle is generally expected to go back to the retailer that originated the lease, but if that isn't possible, IFS allows a return to any INFINITI retailer. Contact our team ahead of time to confirm. If you'd rather sell your current INFINITI outright, our Sell or Trade tool can give you an estimate before you visit.
Orlando INFINITI is a convenient stop for lease customers throughout Orlando, Winter Garden, Apopka, and Winter Park.
Why Start the Lease Return Process Early?
Starting early gives you more time to prepare, ask questions, and review your options. Getting ahead of your lease-end date helps you understand your timeline, address anything the AIM inspection might flag, and compare current lease and purchase options before you're up against a deadline.
Central Florida's population keeps growing, and INFINITI inventory here can move quickly, especially around new model launches like the QX65. If replacing your lease is part of the plan, starting the process early gives you a better shot at your preferred trim and color.
