Although I have already submitted my survey following my purchase at your dealership, I wanted to personally send you a note.  
 
On December 29th, I purchased a 2012 G37S from Steve Graham. I had the BEST car buying experience ever. I have purchased cars from Fields BMW and Lexus of Orlando within the last seven years. I have NEVER felt so comfortable with any car buying transaction as I did with Steve. He was so easy to work with and made me feel so comfortable. Had I not been comfortable with the offer and with Steve, I would have never purchased the car.  
 
I have been casually looking for a new car since April of 2011. I almost purchased a car in September from Fields BMW, but I just wasn't comfortable that they were being honest with me and making me a great offer so I ended up telling them no deal. I went back to Lexus and considered another purchase with them; however, I didn't feel that they were putting their best offer forward and I wasn't comfortable with the deal so I didn't accept their offer. From the moment I was introduced to Steve, I felt extremely comfortable and I truly believe he came to the table with the best possible offer first. He has been overwhelmingly helpful and has strived to ensure that I am happy with my purchase. I WILL recommend your dealer to all of my
friends and spread the word of how pleased I am with my car and with Steve. I know that I will be back to your dealer in the future for my next car purchase!!   
 
Bravo to you and your dealership!!! If all of your employees treat their customers like Steve has treated me, you are definitely the BEST in Orlando!!! And I LOVE the car. Thank you again!!!

We turned to Orlando Infiniti when we considered purchasing a new car. For several years we received outstanding service coordinated by Aaron Sucharski and Richard Paul on our previous Infiniti. Damian Castillo's careful explanations and informative demonstration of the features of the 2012 models helped us to finalize our choice. When a vehicle with the specific options we wanted was not on location in Orlando, Damian secured the right one from another dealer for delivery to us. The completion of financial documents was efficiently coordinated by Damian with Nicholas Garofalo in the business department.

I drove into the service department with a tire going flat at that moment. I had ran over an object on I-4 and I could hear my tire hissing. The service department quickly took my car into the shop an assessed the situation and told me they could patch my tire and it will be good as new. I was skeptical all along because I just do not trust car dealerships. I fear they will not be honest and just want to make a buck off you. They repaired my car in a timely fashion AND gave it a car wash. I was shocked at my bill. They charged me so very little I was stunned. This dealership boosted my confidence as they were honest, respectful, and reasonable in all aspects of the service I was given. And my car wasn't even an Infiniti!!!

I rate Orlando Infiniti with nothing less than that of excellence. Their service is unmatched by any others I've experienced so far, and I've gone to over a dozen other car companies. From their service department, to their sales department, to even the finance department, everyone is very helpful and provides great customer service.

Aaaron Sucharski and Richard Paul in the service department have provided only the best service for me in the last 2 years that I've been bringing in my old Infiniti.

As far as sells consultants go, Damian Castillo ranks the highest in customer service I've experienced out of any other dealership so far. When buying something such as a new car you want to feel the person is honest and trustworthy; Damian came off as nothing less than that plus much more. Infiniti is a very fortunate company to have him. I appreciate all his help in helping me purchase my new EX35.

Even Natalya Mokshanova was very friendly while completing my paperwork for my new purchase; even though she was there way past the closing hours she was still very friendly and helpful.

Thanks again to all of you at Infiniti of Orlando for the excellent service.

Enroute from Boston to Florida, our 2009 Infiniti G37X was due for a service check---oil, filter, tire rotation etc.

Visit to the Service Dept at Orlando Infiniti was first rate in all respects. Service Consultant, Marcos Catena, was very professional, personable and capable. We were greeted by Marcos who quickly had us registered in to the Service record system, detailed exactly what the service would include and gave us an estimated time for its completion.

Service work was competently performed as outlined and in the time specified.

Our total service experience at this dealership was excellent; it is an extremely well run operation, one which I would highly recommend to all Infiniti drivers.

I took my M35 in on Saturday for the Express oil change. When I called they said I would be out in an hour. My free time is very limited. I was very, very pleased when I was out of there in 45 minutes with GREAT Service!! I'll never take my car any where else for an oil change.

Exceptional Experience - First Class Dealership!? - ? - Today
I own a company headquartered in Tampa, Florida and also live in Tampa Bay Area and yet I recently leased a brand new 2010 FX50s from Orlando Infiniti. Over the years I have leased and purchased numerous automobiles both locally and out of my area including a 2007 FX45 which I owned and traded towards the new Infiniti. My recent and ongoing experience with Orlando Infiniti is so impressive, I am compelled to write my first ever review of an automobile dealership.

Orlando Infiniti not a remarkable facility with one of the most impressive showrooms you ever visit, the staff provides its customers with first class treatment from the very beginning. The attention to detail from the initial greeting all the way thru the vehicle selection and delivery process made my new vehicle experience, one we truly enjoyed.

Driving a little more than an hour to Orlando Infiniti not only saved us substantially on the new vehicle lease, but was also the best and smoothest automotive transaction I have ever experienced, by far!
Those who live in and around the greater Orlando area are very fortunate to have this dealership nearby. I would however, strongly encourage anyone in the market for a new or used Infiniti, regardless of where you live, to jump on the Interstate or Turnpike and take the easy drive to Orlando Infiniti. It will be time well spent and a trip you will be glad you made!

Excellent service, quick and professional.
Kevin told me from the start price and fees, and the best thing it didn't change when we close the deal.
Will recommend this dealer to anybody who wants the ultimate car dealer experience.

This is the first time I leased an Infiniti G37 Coupe. I traded in my BMW and I have been very pleased with the handling of the G37. Leasing was something that I had never done before, but Natalya took the time to LISTEN to my needs and find the right car for me, explain all the benefits of leasing and got me a great deal the fits perfectly in my budget. One of the salesman, Nigel even went to my house after the sale and explained to me all the features again on the car and programmed my gate to the HomeLink button. I definitely recommend Orlando Infiniti and Natalya to all my friends and family!! Absolutely fantastic!

Kevin is awesome! He is polite and funny and direct. He knows a ton about his cars and is just an all around great guy to work with. Evil managers who won't let him give me the price I want - not so much! Just kidding. Everyone was great and very straightforward.
